Harnessing the power of punk legends like RANCID displaying the sense of style and melody seen in fellow countrymen BOMBSHELL ROCKS, DA SKYWALKERS' new album "Heartache And Scars" draws on these and other influences like SOCIAL DISTORTION and DROPKICK MURPHYS for their most essential album so far. DA SKYWALKERS have blazed a trail through their home country since 1995, releasing EPs, splits, compilation tracks and their two previous albums for Household Name Records, "Smalltown Saviours" (recorded with Mattias from MILLENCOLIN) and 2003's "End Of A Chapter, Start Of A New". The band played over 150 shows to promote their previous album, including three UK tours and appearances at the world's biggest punk marathon - the 4 day Wasted Festival - where DA SKYWALKERS headline their own stage in this year. After some line up changes DA SKYWALKERS returned to the studio, recording tracks for the new album "Heartache And Scars".
