 LEFTOVER CRACK Fuck World Trade Format : CD Catalogue # : HAUS072 UK Release Date : 30th August 2004 LEFTOVER CRACK rose from the ashes of the legendary NYC ska squat crew CHOKING VICTIM, who after many years on the NYC political punk scene broke up following the release of their Hellcat Records release "No Gods/No Managers". After a couple of smaller releases LEFTOVER CRACK released their debut album "Mediocre Generica" in 2001 also on Hellcat Records. It was an instant success with fans of CHOKING VICTIM and a whole new generation of new nihilist punk youth. Recorded over in 2003/2004 with Steve Albini at the legendary Electrical Audio , Jesse Canon at Cannon Found Soundation in NYC (who has produced Rorschach, Choking Victim, Misfits, Shai Hulud + A Static Lullaby). It was mastered at West West Side by Alan Douches. The artwork was constructed by long-time provocative artist and Alternative Tentacles collaborator John Yates at Stealworks. |
