ADEQUATE SEVEN
Songs Of Innocence And Of Experience
Format : CD and Download
Catalogue # : HAUS056
Release Date : 10th March 2003
ADEQUATE SEVEN draw inspiration from an eclectic mix of bands including AFI, Sick of it All, Gorilla Biscuits, CIV and Shelter as well as George Clinton, Funkadelic, Tribe Called Quest and Ozomatli.
During 2002 the band also embarked on a series of successful tours with bands including Hundred Reasons, Capdown, Lightyear, and the legendary US band Fishbone. ADEQUATE SEVEN continue to play gigs across the country, and will tour to promote their debut album "Songs Of Innocence And Of Experience" which was released on March 10th 2003.
"If anything Ad7 are more explicit in their political messages than Capdown; inspiring arse shaking dancefloor action and getting the brain cogs whirring at the same time is both admirable and downright difficult. With great music and a worthy message, Adequate Seven deserve all the plaudits they get ."

"Adequate Seven have the ability to appeal to so many different people that they could well be huge in a year's time and a forthcoming tour with Fishbone can only help them on their way. Get in now."
