MILLOY play loud, impassioned catchy punk rock songs that burn with a melodic ferocity rarely heard on this side of the Atlantic since Leatherface and Snuff surfaced in the late 80's. Since forming in 1999 MILLOY have released 2 EPs and a 10 track album with Crackle Records as well as splits with The Leif Ericcson and Billy No Mates. In 2005 MILLOY toured the Southern USA with The Draft, Latterman, The Tim Version, Whiskey and Co, Ninja Gun, Strikeforce Diablo. In the band's own words the highlights include "We got to see and play with The Draft before they even released a record / demo....ordered 100 beers (ok only half pints) in a 50cent happy hour in Gainesville. They brought them all at once on about 8 trays - and we drank them in less than an hour with 4 or 5 of our friends......." Since returning MILLOY have toured the UK with A Death in The Family (Melbourne, Aus) as well as scoring a hometown show with the legendary LEATHERFACE in Sunderland. Late this summer HOUSEHOLD NAME RECORDS will be re-releasing 2005's "More than Machine" album, which is just about out of print in it's orginal version ebay hounds!, in a super bloody good remastered, new artwork, bonus tracks, it's a winner CD format! more details artwork and more to come... after that a new MILLOY album will be out on Household Name in early 2008. |
